Wish Pool Submission Terms

1. Nature. The Wish Pool is for collecting ideas and voting only. It is not crowdfunding, contracting, invention promotion, demand and supply brokering, or merchant onboarding.
2. No confidentiality. Submissions are not treated as confidential or proprietary; we have no duty to keep them confidential.
3. No duty to adopt or pay. We may or may not review or adopt a submission. Credit or rewards, if any, are at our discretion. Submitting creates no compensation promise.
4. Independent development. We may already be working on similar ideas. Similarity alone creates no obligation or presumption of infringement.
5. Your ownership and our license. You retain ownership. You grant us a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, modify, build products from, and promote your submission.
6. Your representations. You have the right to submit the material; it does not infringe third-party rights and contains no unlawful content or other people's private information.
7. Public display. We may publicly display the title, description, category, and vote count after review. Do not put contact details or secrets into the submission.
8. Privacy. We collect fields needed to run the Wish Pool and use technical measures to limit repeated submissions and votes. We do not ask for a name or contact details in this form.
9. Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old and submit for yourself or an entity you are authorized to represent.
10. Prohibited conduct. Paid boosting, promises of launch, fake votes, and bulk spam are prohibited. We may remove submissions or restrict access for abuse.
11. Changes. We may update these terms. Material changes require a new acceptance before further submissions.
